With 850,000-square-feet sales and services facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brazil - PAG has over 25 locations and customer-focused business model serve aviation customers through Supply Chain and Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ISMRO) services.\nWe currently have a position open for a Customer Service Representative for Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC in Uxbridge, MA\nEssential Job Functions:\nFunctions as primary focal point of contact for assigned customer related inquiries and represents the customer within the facility.\nPerforms customer requirements review of all assigned orders to ensure that the orders are processed and entered per negotiated requirements.\nCoordinates demand scheduling and alignment with Production Management.\nDevelops extensive and detailed quotes based on inspection details.\nManages customer database and maintains all records for the account.\nEnsures that the company and customers’ requirements are both being fulfilled as relating to timing, price and satisfaction.\nReview compliance with all export control regulations.\nProvides continuous feedback to the customer on order status throughout the production cycle by providing proactive communication with the customer in anticipation of customers’ needs.\nEvaluates and coordinates product exchange applicability (MRO Exchange programs) with Materials and Purchasing.\nConfers with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments\nAbility to interact with individuals at all organizational levels; conducts self in polite and professional manner.\nDemonstrates a motivation to provide fast, accurate and complete customer service at all times to all customers, employees and management.\nUses resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems.\nAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.\nAbility to work overtime, shift/weekends when needed.\nWorking Conditions\nPhysical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds. Repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity required. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range necessary.\nWork Location: Aviation Welding Technologies, LLC Uxbridge, MA\nEducation/Training\nHigh school diploma required; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred.\nExperience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
