PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model.\nJOB PURPOSE\nThe Shipping & Receiving Coordinator supports daily shipping, receiving, export documentation, and material control activities within our aerospace repair environment.\nThis role provides critical support to ensure accurate processing of incoming repairs, international shipments, work orders, and receiving activities.\nJob Functions:\nReviewing detailed shipping, receiving, and export documentation\nWorking with ERP systems, databases, or inventory systems\nIdentifying missing or incorrect information before processing\nManaging multiple priorities and communicating across departments\nSupport daily shipping and receiving operations, including documentation review and material tracking.\nMonitor international orders and coordinate export approval processes.\nReview invoices and shipment documentation to ensure required export information is complete, including ECCN, end-user, and end-user country details.\nSubmit export documentation to the appropriate teams for approval and maintain accurate records.\nSupport creation of work orders by reviewing customer repair orders (ROs), entering information into ERP systems, and ensuring documentation accuracy.\nScan and maintain incoming repair orders and related records.\nAssist with receiving activities, material identification, inspection documentation, and inventory accuracy.\nServe as backup support for critical stockroom and receiving functions.\nMaintain organized records and follow established procedures for traceability and compliance.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts within shipping, receiving, and materials processes.\nSAFETY REQUIREMENTS\nWill participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices, and compliance.\nWill participate in safety activities, including immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices, and accidents/injuries.\nWill follow all safety rules, FAA regulations, PPE compliance, and equipment operation requirements.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nPhysical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
