# Shop Foreman

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a Shop Foreman to work out of our Red Deer facility. A Shop Foreman is a front-line supervisor: a person who plans, organizes, and controls the operations of the shop; supervises, trains, and develops staff; provides advice to management and staff; and performs other duties as outlined below: Role Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring that standard enforcement of all rules and regulations is enforced in the shop. All shop personnel and other employees working in the shop or yard must always use the proper PPE and follow company safe work procedures. Ensure daily safety and pre-job hazard assessments are being conducted by all mechanics. Ensure all “Out OF Scope” work is proceeded by a specific hazard assessment on the task to be completed. Assist in ensuring that all operations conducted within PWS facility follow the company policies and government regulations to the best of their ability. Ensure all purchase order protocol is adhered to. Quality control of all equipment that is associated with the branch.
