Advanced degree preferred.\nA minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research, including extensive project management and line management experience or proven competencies for this position\nWorking knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process\nOther Required: \nExperience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with others in a team setting \nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer service demeanor \nAbility to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays \nPreferred: \nAdvanced degree \nExperience in managing complex and global trials \nCompetencies: \nWorking knowledge of project management techniques and tools \nDirect work experience in a global, cross-functional project management environment \nProven experience in people management \nProven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management \nAbility to work closely with business unit leadership to understand customer's needs \nStrong analytical skills and business acumen \nExecutive presence with ability to confidently deliver complex presentations to senior management \nHigh level of integrity and must inspire and demand the highest standards from a professional and ethical perspective. \nDemonstrated leadership track record and effective interpersonal skills \nAbility to lead and inspire excellence within a team \nAbility to create an environment where employees have a sense of ownership that will lead to increases in productivity and efficiency \nResults oriented, accountable, motivated and flexible \nExcellent time management, negotiation, critical thinking, decision making, analytical and interpersonal skills \nExcellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills \nProficient in project management software \nIn depth proven experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research required \nExcellent Planning and organizing \nExcellent at influencing and leading \nProven experience in delegating while fostering cohesive team dynamics \nDemonstrated successful independent negotiation and conflict management strategies \n#LI-KH1 #LI-Remote\nPrecision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
