While there may not be an immediate opening, candidates whose experience matches our anticipated needs will be considered for future opportunities as they arise.\nThis position can be offered fully home-based within Spain. \nAbout you:\nYou are calm, thoughtful, and responsive when things don’t go as planned.\nYou are well-prepared, whether it be for an investigator meeting, site visit or project team update, always staying two steps ahead of the game.\nYou find quick and creative ways of overcoming difficulties.\nYou have an impeccable eye for detail.\nYou identify potential study risks and propose solutions on how to mitigate them.\nYou take responsibility in the quality and outcomes of your work.\nYou are adept at handling conflict by using tried and true resolution strategies.\nHow we will keep you busy and support your growth:\nYou will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards. You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).\nSenior CRAs handle appropriately sized clinical trials, and support clinical study teams with trials that are larger in scope. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff members. You will interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Required:\n4-year college degree or equivalent experience\nHolder of CRA certificate\nOther Required:\nMinimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment\nExtensive experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studies.\nProven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries, ideally including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Denmark.\nAvailability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required for some senior level positions)\nFluency in Spanish and English is required\n Additional language(s) will be considered an asset\nPreferred:\nGraduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline\nStudy start up activities experience\nFor Senior CRAs, understanding of financial management\nWhy Precision for Medicine?\nAt Precision for Medicine, we combine the agility and collaboration of a specialized CRO with the scientific expertise needed to support innovative clinical development programmes.
