Driver Oversight & Support\n\nTeam Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate on-shift drivers and warehouse dispatch personnel.\n\n Onboarding & Training: Conduct safety orientations, equipment training, and ride-alongs for new drivers.\n\n Time & Attendance: Track driver hours, attendance, and compliance with mandatory rest breaks or Hours of Service (HOS) rules.\n\n3. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety\n\nInspection Tracking: Ensure pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection logs are completed and promptly report maintenance issues to the mechanics or repair shops.\n\n Safety Enforcement: Monitor driver behavior metrics (speeding, harsh braking) and enforce company safety policies and PPE standards.\n\n Incident Management: Coordinate emergency response and documentation for any road accidents, vehicle damage, or cargo loss.\n\n4.
