performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with hospitality service standards and organisational goals.\n\nDesign and deliver training programs covering customer service, food & beverage operations, housekeeping, front office, and leadership development.\n\nPartner with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning interventions.\n\nImplement onboarding programs that ensure new hires quickly adapt to brand standards and service culture.\n\nManage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms to support blended learning approaches.\n\nMonitor training effectiveness through KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics.\n\nLead succession planning and talent development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders.\n\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations through structured training programs.\n\nOrganise workshops, seminars, and certification programs in collaboration with external training providers.\n\nCoach and mentor managers and supervisors to strengthen leadership capability and service delivery.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.\n\nMinimum of 8–10 years’ experience in hospitality operations, with at least 5 years in training and development leadership.\n\nStrong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations, guest service standards, and hospitality best practices.\n\nProven track record in designing and delivering training programs that drive measurable improvements in service and performance.\n\nExperience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and blended learning methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\n\nSkills & Attributes\n\nPassion for hospitality and people
