Reasonable accommodations may be made to help qualified individuals with disabilities perform the essential functions.\nFirst Key Responsibilities:\n· Manufacturing engineering and cross-functional support\n· Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, and Quality to support new technologies, customer requirements, and manufacturing performance improvements.\n· Lead or support development of technology roadmaps, robust PPAP processes, and plant process improvements that improve quality, capability, and customer satisfaction.\n· Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and plans that support process capability, tooling development, and world-class operational performance.\nSecond Key Responsibility:\n· Continuous improvement, leadership, and problem solving.\n· Lead problem-solving efforts, kaizen events, and projects that improve cost, quality, and delivery while influencing the organization on process and product improvements.\n· Support leadership standards by developing people, leading by example, and exemplifying company values in daily work.\n· Participate as a member of the Engineering Team, reinforce best practices, and promote strong teamwork and organizational cohesiveness.\nNon-essential Responsibilities:\n· Performs other duties as directed.\n· Performs other duties as directed. MBA or MS preferred.\n· Experience with process validation and capability, make-versus-buy analysis, metal stamping, project management, and implementation of initiatives with measurable results.\n· Strong knowledge of engineering technologies, operational excellence, process improvement, and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.\n· Able to lead teams, solve problems, influence change, and work effectively with customers and internal cross-functional partners.\nWork Environment:\nThis position involves working in a manufacturing environment that is adjacent to the shop work environment. The employee must be aware of potential hazards, including, but not limited to, working in close proximity to moving mechanical parts, operating vehicles, exposure to electrical current, high temperatures, and chemicals.
