The ideal candidate should have strong experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and customer-facing engagements with US-based clients.\n\nThis role requires a strong technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor engineers, manage deliveries, and actively contribute to development and operational activities. Candidates with experience in IoT-based systems and distributed architectures will be preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers\n\n- Work closely with US-based customers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions\n\n- Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable and high-performance applications\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and backend services\n\n- Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Golang and Python\n\n- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React\n\n- Design and implement high-performance communication services using gRPC\n\n- Work on IoT-based platforms, device integrations, and real-time data processing systems\n\n- Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services\n\n- Design and optimize complex queries in BigQuery\n\n- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus\n\n- Handle DevOps activities including CI/CD, deployments, infrastructure monitoring, and production support\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success\n\n- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making\n\n- Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance optimization\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in Full Stack Development\n\n- Hands-on experience with frontend development using React\n\n- Proficiency in Golang, Python, and React.js\n\n- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with gRPC\n\n- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\n- Hands-on expertise in BigQuery and writing/optimizing complex SQL queries\n\n- Experience with Prometheus and monitoring systems\n\n- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure deployments, Monitoring/Logging)\n\nLeadership & Communication : \n\n- Experience leading teams of at least 5 engineers\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n- Proven experience working with US-based customers/clients\n\n- Ability to drive technical discussions and solution architecture\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience working on IoT platforms and connected device ecosystems\n\n- Experience with microservices architecture\n\n- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\n- Exposure to production support and incident management\n\n- Familiarity
