Student & Parent Engagement\nGreet families warmly and maintain an organised learning space.\nServe as the primary contact for learning progress, class discussions, and course recommendations.\nAssist parents with the customer portal, schedules, and progress updates.\n2. Teacher Support & Classroom Readiness\nCoordinate substitute teachers and ensure class materials are prepared.\nMonitor teacher dress code and enforce Preface lanyard use.\nSupport pre-class setup, including tech checks and classroom readiness.\n3. Community Building & Sales Growth\nOwn the arrangements, communication and community building for adult learners\nMaintain clear communication via WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person\nPromote courses, promotions, and events to boost enrolments\nOrganise on-site events like experience days and parent workshops\nDrive retention through referrals and student success highlights\n4. Operational Excellence\nManage schedules, attendance, and front desk inquiries\nSupport company-wide events and analyze attendance trends\nUphold Preface brand standards and keep marketing materials updated\nWho You Are\n3-5+ years of experience in customer service/facing, hotel, members club or education centre\nSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with builder mindset\nStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills\nSales and relationship building skills\nDetail-oriented and proactive in solving problems\nPassionate about education and community building\nAble to multitask and manage classroom operations efficiently\nFluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)\nFlexible to work on weekday evenings and on weekends\nBecoming a Prefacer\nWe believe that our talent is what differentiates us from the world.
