Treatment Coordinator

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI to find an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident discussing treatment, connecting with patients, and helping patients understand the value of the care they need.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: Off

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and build relationships with patients
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
• Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and insurance benefits
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
• Help increase case acceptance while maintaining a patient-first approach
• Coordinate appointments and treatment scheduling
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental experience required
• Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients
• Confident, warm, and professional personality
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player who takes initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced private practice environment
