Working closely with distributors, end users, field sales teams, and product management, this role will focus on expanding market share and building a strong pipeline of new customers throughout the territory. \n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify, target, and develop new Foam-in-Place business opportunities within the assigned territory.\nConduct prospecting activities through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and in-person customer visits.\nBuild relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end users to generate qualified opportunities.\nSchedule and conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.\nCollaborate closely with field sales representatives, product management, and sales leadership to advance opportunities and secure new business.\nLeverage market intelligence and territory data to identify high-potential prospects.\nSupport national and regional growth initiatives focused on expanding Foam-in-Place market penetration.\nMaintain accurate pipeline activity, customer information, and sales forecasts within CRM systems.\nRepresent Pregis professionally at customer sites, industry events, and distributor meetings.\nAchieve territory growth objectives through new account acquisition and revenue generation.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum 3 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.\nDemonstrated success prospecting and developing new business opportunities.\nExperience within packaging, manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, or related B2B industries is preferred.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong prospecting and business development skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.\nProven ability to build relationships and influence customer decision-makers.\nSelf-motivated and highly organized with effective time-management skills.\nStrong problem-solving and consultative selling capabilities.\nMechanical aptitude and ability to understand packaging equipment and systems.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.\nStrong professional ethics and customer-focused mindset.\n\nTravel & Work Environment\nRemote-based position located within the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or Greater Los Angeles, CA metro area.\nApproximately 60% travel throughout the assigned territory.\nFrequent driving and occasional overnight travel required.\nCompany vehicle provided.\n\nBenefits & Rewards\nAt Pregis, we invest in our employees' success both professionally and personally.
