# Lab Technician

Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Technical Business Development, the Lab Tech based in Aurora, Illinois will support projects by adapting and applying engineering techniques, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations. This position will be responsible for assisting with product testing, data reporting/analysis and various related product improvement projects to support the organization on continued improvement and success of existing systems products and newly commercialized products. The candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and will be held directly accountable to deliver accurate and time-sensitive results. The position requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual that brings impact. Job Responsibilities Plan, execute and document product testing. Develop, design and build new standardized test plans and fixtures as well as improve upon existing to increase performance in some way (efficiency, cost, etc.). Accurately carry out data collection and documentation, as per test plan, with performance of various consumable products. Assist in interpreting and analyzing data.
