This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, direct mail, or converting environments who enjoy leading others, ensuring quality, and driving production performance.\nAs a Lead Packer, you will oversee packaging operations across multiple production lines, support team members, maintain quality standards, and help ensure customer orders are produced accurately and delivered on time.\nAt Pregis, we invest in our employees through hands-on training, skill development, and advancement opportunities. Packers across multiple production lines\nProvide direction, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to team members\nHelp maintain efficient production flow and achieve department goals\nCoordinate employee rotations and breaks\nAssist with staffing and overtime planning alongside department leadership\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards\nMonitor packaging processes for defects, inaccuracies, or non-conformances\nInitiate hold procedures when quality concerns are identified\nPartner closely with Quality Inspectors and Operations teams to resolve issues\nConduct quality audits and verify inspections are being performed properly\nTrain and support Packers on quality procedures and best practices\nProduction & Inventory Control\nVerify correct packaging materials and components are used for each job\nMaintain accuracy within SAP inventory systems\nEnsure finished goods and production documentation are completed correctly\nCommunicate critical production information during shift handoffs\nSupport smooth operation of multiple production lines\nSafety & Continuous Improvement\nFollow all safety procedures and company policies\nPerform regular 6S and workplace organization audits\nIdentify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow\nSupport a strong safety-first culture throughout the facility\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, converting, direct mail, fulfillment, or production operations\nLeadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAbility to coach and direct employees in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality\nExperience working with quality standards, inspections, and SOPs\nBasic computer skills and documentation experience\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and production lines simultaneously\nSpanish bilingual skills are a plus\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to
