Possess strong mechanical aptitude.\nMust be proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatics repair and troubleshooting.\nMust be able to troubleshoot and repair problems with AC, DC, vector and servo drive systems.\nExperience with PLC Maintenance and programming is vital.\nBasic welding and machining skills are helpful.\nMust be able to read, sketch and understand mechanical, piping and electrical drawings. \nMust be able to successfully interact and communicate with others and do so with a customer service attitude\nMust be willing to update skill set as needed. \nExperience directly leading a technical team\nA strong verbal and written communication skill is a must along with good interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity of very high-volume production environment.\nExperience in directing team members on different tasks.\n\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExperience will be taken into consideration.\nA minimum of 8-15 years’ experience on an industrial maintenance team. \n\nEssential Functions\nAble to stand for long periods of time; as much as up to 12 hours.\nBending, climb ladders, and able to lift weights of 60 lbs. \nInvolved with decision making for new hires.\nMust be able to operate Powered Industrial Equipment such as forklifts, lathes, mill, welders’ other various maintenance equipment.\nWork closely with engineering to improve the machines production output.\nInteract with contractors, vendors to ensure that work is completed at a high quality.\nInvolvement with our safety program and enforce all safety rules throughout the plant.\nMust be able to operate a variety of power tools.\nThis position must be able to work in a wide range of environmental conditions. Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all required times and follow all safety rules.\nAvailable to work overtime as needed with short notice.
