Many team members have progressed into advanced maintenance, technical, and leadership roles throughout the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nEquipment Maintenance & Repair\nPerform scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems\nSupport utility systems and production support equipment\nDiagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions\nPerform equipment adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime\nCommunicate equipment concerns and repair status with production and maintenance teams\nElectrical & PLC Troubleshooting\nTroubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems\nDiagnose issues involving AC/DC drives and electrical controls\nRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation\nSupport continuous operation of automated manufacturing equipment\nPreventive Maintenance & Documentation\nPerform preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules\nDocument maintenance activities in the CMMS/work order system\nTrack equipment performance and maintenance history\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and completed work orders\nMonitor and report replacement part usage and inventory levels\nSafety & Continuous Improvement\nFollow all OSHA, company safety, MSS, and SOP requirements\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nSupport sanitation and housekeeping standards\nIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives\nPromote a strong safety-first culture\nWhat We're Looking For\nPLC certification required\nMinimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems\nExperience working with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring devices\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:\nIndustrial maintenance\nManufacturing equipment repair\nPLC troubleshooting\nAC/DC drive systems\nElectrical controls\nHydraulic systems\nPneumatic systems\nAutomated production equipment\nPreventive maintenance programs\nCMMS systems\nWelding\nMachining\nPackaging or manufacturing operations\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching\nFrequent lifting, pushing, and pulling\nAbility to work around production equipment and machinery\nAbility to work a 12-hour rotating schedule\nAbility to safely use maintenance tools and equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing production facility\nExposure to moving machinery and equipment\nIndoor work environment\nFast-paced production setting\nRequired use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nOn-call or overtime opportunities based on business needs\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nAssociate's Degree or Technical School training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred\nPLC certification required\nManufacturing maintenance experience preferred\nWelding and machining experience a plus\nWhy Join Pregis?\nCompetitive pay: $33.00 -
