Plus, with overtime available, you’ll have the chance to boost your income while building a meaningful career with us.\n\nQualifications and/or Experience:\n1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting\nPLC certification preferred, not required \nStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills\nFamiliar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawings\nProficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment\nWelding and machining experience a plus\n\nResponsibilities\nPerform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment.\nTroubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems.\nRead and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents.\nComplete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS.\nSupport line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.\nCommunicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams.\nMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols.\nTrack and report parts usage and inventory levels.\nFollow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs).\nPerform other duties as needed.\n\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required\nAssociate’s or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred\n\nCompensation\n\nThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis’ total compensation package.
