This position is ideal for maintenance professionals with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoy solving complex equipment challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills\nAbility to read electrical schematics and basic blueprints\nExperience working with motors, drives, sensors, and machine control systems\nStrong computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance documentation\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement\nPreferred Experience\nPLC troubleshooting and programming experience\nExperience with converting, printing, extrusion, packaging, or similar manufacturing equipment\nSAP experience\nLean Manufacturing and 5S experience\nTool, die, fixture repair, or fabrication experience\nInventory management and maintenance parts sourcing\nPosition Summary\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and reactive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, repair and replace components, support equipment installations, maintain spare parts inventories, and help drive continuous improvement efforts across the operation.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems\nDiagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime\nInstall, maintain, and support production machinery and equipment upgrades\nTroubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and machine control systems\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation\nManage and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory\nSupport fabrication, repair, and modification of tooling, fixtures, and equipment components\nAssist with training and cross-training of maintenance and production team members\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous
