manufacturing\nPrinting or flexographic printing\nFilm or label manufacturing\nWeb handling systems and print registration\nMachine setup, changeovers, and equipment troubleshooting\nPosition Summary\nAs a Converting Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot converting and finishing equipment to safely produce high-quality packaging products that meet customer and company standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate converting and finishing equipment with minimal supervision\nReview job specifications and verify materials before production begins\nMonitor machine performance, product quality, and production output\nMaintain established productivity, waste, and quality standards\nOperate and adjust ancillary equipment including gluers, label applicators, rotary cutters, splicers, and register systems\nPerform machine setup activities, changeovers, and line adjustments\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor mechanical repairs as needed\nAccurately record production data, materials usage, waste, and downtime\nSupport process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste\nTrain team members and support production goals as needed\nFollow all safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE requirements\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequent standing, walking,
