Operator II - Bindery Location: Elgin, IL Shift: (Day Shift) 5AM to 5PM OR (Night Shift) 5PM to 5AM Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule Pay: $24.00+ per hour Summary of Job Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and/or Operations Manager, the Operator II - Bindery is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bindery and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed products while meeting customer specifications, production schedules, and company performance standards. This position plays a key role in the finishing process, transforming printed materials into completed products such as books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines, and mail pieces. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Set up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot bindery and finishing equipment. Complete machine setups and changeovers to support production needs. Produce finished printed products while meeting quality standards. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain production goals. Identify and resolve equipment or production issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and counts. Lead and support team members to ensure safe and effic
