This is a hands-on leadership role that provides direction, training, and support while promoting a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.\n\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nEnsure product quality, labeling, packaging, and traceability standards are met while addressing quality issues, supporting daily production goals, and monitoring scrap and production performance.\nEnsure daily equipment inspections and AM tasks are completed, promptly escalate equipment issues, and support maintenance activities to minimize downtime.\nLead production employees by setting clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity while promoting teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.\nSupport onboarding, training, and cross-training efforts while communicating priorities, safety concerns, and shift handoff information to ensure smooth operations.\nMaintain proper material flow, prevent material shortages and mix-ups, and support 5S standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.\nComplete production, scrap, downtime, and quality documentation, ensure work orders are completed on time, and support continuous improvement and standard work practices.\nMaintain a visible presence on the production floor.\nLead with professionalism, fairness, and accountability.\nRemain calm and solution-focused during operational challenges.\nFoster a positive and respectful work environment.\n\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. \nPrevious manufacturing experience required;
