Many of our leaders began in production roles and worked their way into leadership positions.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Fulfillment Team Lead, you will oversee daily fulfillment operations while supporting production employees, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer orders are completed on time.\nProduction Leadership\nLead daily fulfillment operations across multiple production lines and machines\nEnsure production schedules and customer delivery deadlines are achieved\nCoordinate personnel and resources to support efficient workflow\nMonitor staffing levels and labor utilization to maximize productivity\nEnsure production performance meets established KPIs and departmental goals\nSupport supervisors in achieving safety, quality, and production objectives\nAssist with shift planning, staffing coverage, and workload distribution\nQuality & Customer Satisfaction\nEnsure finished products meet customer specifications and company quality standards\nMonitor production quality throughout all stages of fulfillment and finishing operations\nVerify testing requirements and quality inspection procedures are followed\nConduct quality checks and address non-conformance issues promptly\nCollaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to resolve concerns\nPromote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the department\nEquipment & Technical Support\nOversee setup and operation of fulfillment equipment\nSupport troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime\nMonitor performance of drills, stitchers, vacuum tables, and other finishing equipment\nCoordinate preventative maintenance activities as required\nEnsure equipment is operating safely and efficiently\nAssist team members with technical issues and machine operation questions\nTeam Leadership & Communication\nTrain, coach, and support employees to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures\nFoster a positive and productive team environment\nPromote employee accountability and engagement\nEffectively communicate production priorities and departmental updates\nSupport smooth shift transitions through accurate communication and documentation\nAssist with employee development and cross-training initiatives\nContinuous Improvement & Safety\nSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives\nWork with production and continuous improvement teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity\nHelp develop and maintain standard operating procedures\nEnforce all company safety policies and PPE requirements\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nConduct safety observations and reinforce safe work practices\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious leadership, team lead, supervisor, or coordinator experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience in printing, bindery, finishing, fulfillment, packaging, or related industries preferred\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to manage multiple machines, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nAbility to effectively motivate and develop team members\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nAbility to perform well in a fast-paced production environment\nPreferred Experience\nCandidates
