This position is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, production, logistics, or direct mail environments who enjoy leading teams while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.\nAs a Team Lead Fulfillment, you will oversee Packers across multiple post-production lines, ensure quality and productivity standards are met, support employee development, and help deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.\nAt Pregis, we invest in our employees through hands-on training, development programs, and career advancement opportunities. Packers across multiple post-production lines\nWork alongside the team to ensure continuous production and workflow\nProvide coaching, direction, and day-to-day support to team members\nPromote a positive, team-oriented work environment\nCoordinate employee rotations and breaks\nAssist with staffing and overtime planning alongside department leadership\nCommunicate production priorities and performance expectations\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure products meet customer specifications and Pregis quality standards\nMonitor packaging operations for defects, inaccuracies, and non-conformances\nInitiate hold procedures when quality concerns are identified\nPerform and document hourly quality inspections\nMaintain retain samples according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nTrain team members on quality procedures and inspection requirements\nConduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards\nPartner with Quality Inspectors and Operations teams to resolve quality issues\nInventory & Production Coordination\nVerify correct materials and packaging components are available for each job\nMaintain accuracy within SAP inventory systems\nEnsure finished goods are properly identified and documented\nMonitor production performance and workflow activity\nCommunicate key production updates during shift changeovers\nHelp identify material issues and communicate findings to Quality leadership\nSafety & Continuous Improvement\nFollow all company safety policies and PPE requirements\nPerform routine 6S and workplace organization audits\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nPromote a safety-first culture and operational excellence mindset\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, packaging, production, direct mail, warehouse, or related operations\nLeadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAbility to motivate, coach, and support team members\nExperience working with quality standards and SOPs\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nBasic computer skills and production documentation experience\nSpanish bilingual skills
