About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on, autonomous technical recruiter freelancer who can own the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing, with a specific focus on Engineering and Product teams, while having some room to support other roles across the company as needed. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, drive sourcing efforts, continuously improve recruitment efficiency, and deliver a great candidate experience.
What you'll do
Full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from defining the search with the hiring manager to creating an outbound strategy and closing the offer. Comfortable stepping in on other roles when the team needs additional support.
Partner with hiring managers for the intake calls to define needs and structured interview processes with clear scorecards that have a real business sense
Advise on compensation benchmarking and hiring strategy
Build and manage a strong, structured pipeline through multiple sources
Spot gaps in our hiring process and proactively fix them with efficient solutions
Own TA metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting to have informed decisions
Update the ATS to ensure data cleanliness and accurate reporting/forecasting
About you
You have 4 to 7 years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven record of hiring for tech and product roles
Experience recruiting for a SaaS or tech company, ideally in a startup or another fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management, being able to discover the hiring manager’s real needs, push back, maintain constant communication, and manage expectations by sharing market insights
Strong sourcing capabilities, able to think outside of the box to bring in talent; you’ll craft your outbound messaging for the highest response rates and engagement
You work best in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high motivation and resilience
Have a structured, data-driven approach to recruitment
Genuine interest in providing the best candidate experience possible
Great product understanding and business acumen.
Ideally, some exposure to international hiring
Excellent ability to work in English
Interview process
30-minute screening call with the Talent Acquisition team.
Take-home case study, followed by a 45-minute interview to present the case to the recruiter and a hiring manager
