Join our team as a Fulfillment Services Representative I, where you’ll prepare, audit, and distribute printed marketing and member support materials. With supervision, you’ll fulfill supply requests for Sales and Marketing, Producers, and Group Administrators. You’ll handle confidential information, customize and assemble materials from various sources, and ensure timely shipment in a highly regulated setting. As part of a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you’ll work closely with colleagues to rotate responsibilities, stay current on regulations, and support each other in meeting tight deadlines and delivering exceptional service.\nThis role is based onsite at our Mountlake Terrace campus.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; maintain positive relationships with business partners.\nProvide timely assistance; communicate issues, questions and status to customers and team members.\nFulfill requests for print marketing and member support materials for internal and external customers: member kits, benefit booklets, contracts, producer print supplies.\nRetrieve requests from various sources, via phone, e-mail, shared e-mail distribution, and requests from the Sales database.\nAssemble kitted materials; photocopy/print customized pieces as needed.\nPrepare materials for shipping or mailing.\nMaintain logs and reporting tools.\nAssist with processing returned mail\nProvide shipping and receiving coverage during designated hours when a colleague is on leave.\nundefined\nWhat you’ll bring:\nEntry-level data entry skills with the ability to accurately key information into databases and spreadsheets, sort and mail-merge (Required)\nExperience in a warehouse, fulfillment, mailroom, or shipping environment preferred\nExperience in health insurance, healthcare, or another regulated environment preferred\nPremera total rewards\nOur comprehensive total rewards package provides support, resources, and opportunities to help employees thrive and grow.
