Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or 4 years of work experience\n 5 years of experience in a data analytics and/or reporting role\n Strong SQL, Excel, Python, and Access skills\n Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI\n Thorough knowledge of a reporting or query programming language, relational databases, and/or related software packages\n Significant experience in data management and technical writing\n Excellent problem definition, problem solving, and technical writing skills\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deal with management at all levels\n Ability to work independently and as a member of a team\n Ability to lead work teams to accomplish specific project goals\n Significant knowledge of health care and the health care industry\n Knowledge of health insurance concepts and terms\n Ability to perform essential sedentary physical
