Your responsibilities include improving the skill set of lifeguards daily via mentorship and audits, supervising the lifeguard and customer service staff, conducting efficient training sessions, ensuring day-of satisfaction of birthday party reservations, and ensuring rigorous enforcement of facility rules. You will demonstrate elevated customer service skills and contribute to the seamless execution of opening and closing procedures. Elevate the standard of safety and professionalism in our aquatic environment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nEnsure the safety of all visitors by enforcing facility policies \nEnsure Head Lifeguards/Lifeguards are effectively scanning and responding \nManagers may facilitate daily operations at multiple locations \nFill in as a tower guard as needed \nPatron interaction and satisfaction \nRespond to emergencies, and provide backup assistance, or appropriate care as needed \nCommunicate with staff members and collaborate with other management teams\nThe general facility setup, inventory, and restocking\nComplete daily reports \nEstablish professional relationships with co-workers and patrons\nConflict resolution with employees and patrons \nConduct in-service training and evaluations \nEmbrace a dynamic workday and a willingness to step into a variety of positions \nPerform other related duties as assigned \nRequirements\nMinimum\nBe able to work a minimum of 3 days a week and have weekend and holiday availability\n1 year of lifeguard experience or equivalent management experience\nBe able to obtain and maintain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Certification\nSwimming proficiency and feels comfortable submerging in deeps exceeding 14 feet\nPreferred\nHave 2 or more years of lifeguard/management experience\nAbility to work weekdays and weekends\nStrong customer service skills\nPhysical\nAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours a day\nWork in an outdoor environment exposed to natural elements\nAbility to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job and to move or lift up to 50 pounds\nMust be physically able to rescue someone drowning or injured in the water\nMay be exposed to prolonged periods of being outdoors\nBenefits\nWHAT SETS PREMIER AQUATICS APART?\nExciting Opportunities: Immerse yourself in a career not just about lifeguarding - it's about creating memorable experiences by the water.\nProfessional Development: Elevate your skills with our exclusive leadership training and safety credentials, designed to boost your career and set you apart.\nTeam Spirit: Join a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for water safety and having a great time while doing it.\nOur company is an at-will employer.
