8 Years\n\nWork Mode: On-site\n\nPreference: Bangalore-based / Local candidates\n\nInterview: Face-to-Face only\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, develop and maintain EMS/NMS applications and network management products.\n\n- Develop and enhance applications using Core Java, Spring Boot and web technologies.\n\n- Work on product enhancements, defect fixing, performance optimization and feature development.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex customer and field-level technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for product releases, deployments and issue resolution.\n\n- Implement automation initiatives to improve product quality, stability and operational efficiency.\n\n- Work with telecom/network management communication protocols and interfaces.\n\n- Develop and maintain database-driven applications and support performance optimization.\n\n- Support application deployment, configuration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.\n\n- Participate in product testing, production support and maintenance activities.\n\n- Perform technical analysis using network troubleshooting tools.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Programming: Core Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3\n\n- Database & Persistence: MySQL, MariaDB, Galera Cluster, Hibernate, Database Performance Tuning\n\n- Protocols: RESTful APIs, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR-069/TR69\n\n- Linux & Scripting: Linux, Shell Scripting\n\n- Cloud & Container Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack / Virtualization, AWS\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- EMS/NMS or Network Management System product experience\n\n- Telecom/networking domain experience\n\n- Knowledge of IP, ports and packet communication\n\n- Hands-on experience with Tcpdump / Wireshark\n\n- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) concepts\n\n- Product deployment and production support experience\n\n- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills\n\n- Customer-facing technical support experience\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n- 5 -
