Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with Sales & Marketing background for the position of Call Center Agent in a dynamic and highly innovative financial institution, which financial solutions to individuals, SMEs and Civil Servants across the country.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services\n\nManage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion\n\nCollect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and service improvement\n\nAchieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule\n\nUnderstand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored solution\n\nWork closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes\n\nSolve clients’ problems promptly and escalate any unresolved queries.\n\nEvaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients according to institutional policies and procedures.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nMinimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration.\n\nNo prior experience is required\n\nSkills: Integrity, analytical thinking, organizational skills, knowledge in credit activities, and computer literacy.\n\nTeam player, self-starter, ability to work towards set targets, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nAge: Above 23 years.\n\nAdditional: Creative problem-solving skills and the
