In this role, you will collaborate directly with client IT, infrastructure, security, and business teams to design deployment architectures, build integrations, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of client environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise software solutions within client environments, including on-premises and highly secure infrastructures.\nDesign deployment architectures, network topology, security requirements, integration points, and data flows.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including:API documentation\nArchitecture diagrams\nIntegration guides\nDeployment runbooks\nEnvironment handover documentation\nUpdate and rollback procedures\n\nBuild and maintain integration components such as APIs, connectors, adapters, and automation scripts.\nIntegrate solutions with enterprise platforms, including databases, messaging systems, ERP/CRM solutions, and internal APIs.\nDeploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and related technologies.\nManage software updates, patches, and configuration changes in production environments.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues involving VPNs, firewalls, proxies, certificates, authentication, and load balancers.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless deployments and customer success.\nParticipate in technical discovery sessions, solution design, and implementation planning.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize deployment processes and improve delivery efficiency.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.\nParticipate in on-call support and critical production escalations as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Systems Integration, DevOps, Technical Implementation, Backend Engineering, or a similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python and API development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.\nExperience deploying and managing applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.\nExperience working with on-premises, private cloud, or highly secure enterprise environments.\nSolid understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancers, and certificate management.\nExperience integrating with enterprise systems such as REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle, SQL Server, ERP, CRM, or messaging platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.\nExcellent technical documentation and communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with client technical and business stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel to client sites when required.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience within banking, fintech, or enterprise software environments.\nKnowledge of enterprise security standards and infrastructure best practices.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies.\nExperience working in customer-facing technical delivery
