In addition to creating visually compelling graphics and layouts, the successful candidate will adapt, structure, and write medical and scientific content for reuse across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.\nThe role will also contribute to establishing and maintaining visual and design standards, developing reusable templates and content assets, and preparing visual and content materials required for regulatory and Ministry of Health (MOH) submissions.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with medical, regulatory, commercial, and brand stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, accurate, and visually effective materials that can be localized and reused across different markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign & Content Creation\nCreate high-quality graphics, layouts, and digital content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, Figma, and Canva.\nEdit and produce professional videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Clipchamp, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.\nDevelop creative concepts and deliver final design solutions for regional and localized content.\nAdapt and structure medical/scientific content while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and consistency.\nDevelop visual and content kits required for regulatory and MOH submissions, including artwork, packaging visuals, labeling, and promotional materials.\nEnsure materials meet relevant formatting, referencing, documentation, and regulatory requirements.\nDesign Standards & Content Reuse\nDevelop and maintain visual design standards, guidelines, templates, and playbooks.\nCreate scalable visual systems and modular assets that support content reuse and localization.\nEnsure consistent application of brand identity, visual principles, accessibility, and UX best practices.\nOptimize design outputs for reuse across different digital platforms and communication channels.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with medical, regulatory, content, commercial, and brand stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and content outputs meet business and market requirements.\nManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.\nRemain adaptable and continuously develop knowledge of new digital, design, and AI-enabled tools.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.\nProven experience in graphic and digital design within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.\nExperience with medical, pharmaceutical, scientific, healthcare, or other regulated content is highly preferred.\n5+ years of experience\nStrong writing and content adaptation skills, with the ability to translate complex medical/scientific information into clear and effective content.\nExperience preparing or supporting regulatory or Ministry of Health (MOH) submissions is a plus.\nDemonstrated experience in UX design, with a good understanding of usability and accessibility principles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Premiere Pro.\nExperience with Figma and Canva.\nStrong video editing capabilities.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, with the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and content reuse.\nKey Skills\nStrong creative and visual experience with medical/scientific or regulated content would be highly
