The role is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, preparing RFQs and POs, and ensuring that all procurement operations comply with company policies, project requirements, and applicable laws.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1.Procurement Operations:\nExecute the end-to-end procurement cycle in compliance with company policies and procedures.\nPrepare and issue RFXs, collect bids, evaluate offers, and recommend optimal sourcing solutions.\nSupport tenders for MEP, IT and general service categories.\nPrepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation and approvals.\nTrack the status of POs, contracts, and supplier commitments to ensure on-time execution.\nMaintain organized records of all procurement documentation, including contracts, POs, and supplier correspondence.\n2.Supplier & Delivery Management:\nFollow up on goods and services delivery to ensure timeliness, completeness, and compliance with specifications.\nCoordinate with internal departments and site teams to confirm receipt and quality of delivered items.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and contract fulfillment.\nMaintain good relationships and continuous communication with local and international suppliers.\n3.Contract Support:\nSupport the drafting and coordination of agreements between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\n4.Reporting & Analysis:\nMaintain accurate procurement data, supplier information, and financial tracking.\nSupport to prepare regular reports on purchase status, pending deliveries, open POs, and payment progress.\nSupport cost analysis and budget tracking to optimize procurement performance.\nOther Duties:\nParticipate in supplier meetings, industry exhibitions, and vendor evaluations.\nIdentify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities for project-related categories.\nUndertake any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Procurement & Contracts.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in business administration, preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or IT.\nProficiency in English and Arabic (spoken, written, and technical communication).\nAt least 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in multinational, infrastructure, or industrial environments.\nProven experience in managing RfXs, PO tracking and contract administration.\nBackground in MEP, IT, and general procurement is highly desirable.\nSolid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.\nKnowledge of customs clearance, shipment tracking, and import documentation is a plus.\nStrong ability to coordinate between procurement, logistics, finance, and technical
