proactively.\n\nEnsure quality standards and project deliverables are met.\n\nOversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\n\nClient Representation & Relationship Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nUnderstand client needs, goals, and expectations and translate them into actionable project requirements.\n\nCommunicate project status, updates, risks, and changes clearly and professionally to the client.\n\nAdvocate for the clients interests while aligning with organizational objectives.\n\nManage client feedback, approvals, and change requests effectively.\n\nCommunication & Coordination\nFacilitate meetings, presentations, and progress reviews with clients and internal teams.\n\nPrepare project reports, documentation, and performance updates.\n\nEnsure clear, consistent, and effective communication among all stakeholders.\n\nFinancial & Contract Oversight\nMonitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures.\n\nReview contracts, purchase orders, and scope changes related to the project.\n\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.\n\nProject Relocation Management (New Zayed)\nLead and manage the full relocation of the project from its current location to New Zayed.\n\nDevelop and execute relocation plans, schedules, and transition strategies.\n\nCoordinate all internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.\n\nMinimize operational disruption and ensure continuity during the relocation phase.\n\nMonitor execution, resolve challenges, and ensure successful handover at the new site.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project execution processes and client satisfaction.\n\nCapture lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelors degree in Engineering or Project Management.\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager / Client Representative.\n\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience.\n\nPMP certification is required (or highly preferred).\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\n\nProficiency in project management tools and MS Office.\n\nLanguages\nFluent English (spoken and written)\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice-based with potential site visits and client meetings.\n\nMay require flexible working hours based on project deadlines and business
