health audits.\nMentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and field technicians.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.\nExperience: 5-8 years in RAN Engineering within a vendor or Tier-1 operator environment.\n Certifications: Nokia NRS (Network Routing Specialist) or Nokia RAN certifications are a major plus.\nRequired Skills\nVendor Expertise: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically with Nokia RAN equipment.\n Hardware Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Nokia AirScale (BBU/RRU), Flexi-zone, and antenna systems.\nSoftware & Tools: Proficiency in Nokia NetAct, OSS-RC, M2000, and Nokia-specific CM/PM/FM tools.\nTechnology Mastery: In-depth knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR architectures, including Massive MIMO and Beamforming.\n Testing: Experience with drive test analysis tools (TEMS, Nemo, or Actix) and trace analysis
