You will act as the operational backbone of the sales department, helping the Sales Manager monitor team performance, improve customer engagement, and streamline sales operations.\nIf you have experience in B2B sales coordination, CRM systems (preferably Odoo), and enjoy working in both office and field environments, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales Team Coordination\nMonitor and follow up on the daily activities of Sales Representatives, ensuring customer visits, calls, and outcomes are accurately recorded in the CRM system.\nTrack representatives' weekly route plans and sales activities.\nPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering customer visits, quotations, sales orders, and collections.\nConduct joint customer visits with Sales Representatives when required to support key accounts, assess performance, or resolve customer issues.\nAssist in onboarding and training new Sales Representatives on company products, sales processes, and CRM usage.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nRegister new customers in the CRM system with complete and accurate commercial information.\nFollow up with inactive or unresponsive customers and coordinate with the assigned Sales Representative to re-engage them.\nConduct after-sales follow-up to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of complaints.\nRoute customer inquiries to the appropriate Sales Representative or internal department.\nSales Reporting & Marketing Coordination\nPrepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting new customers, inactive customers, sales opportunities, and market insights.\nCoordinate with the marketing agency regarding social media campaigns, customer inquiries, and lead management.\nMonitor lead conversion from inquiry to quotation and ultimately to sales.\nRecruitment Support\nConduct initial screening interviews for Sales Representative candidates.\nCoordinate shortlisted candidates with the Sales Manager for further interviews.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Customer Relationship Management.\nPrevious experience in B2B sales is required.\nExperience within raw materials, industrial trading, manufacturing, or import companies is highly preferred.\nHands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar CRM systems.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nProfessional working proficiency in English and native Arabic.\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent organizational and coordination skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to build positive relationships with customers and sales teams.\nStrong follow-up skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.\nAbility to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nTeam-oriented with the confidence to support and guide Sales Representatives.\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to conduct local customer visits when required.\nA valid driving license is preferred.\nOwn transportation is an
