In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, conducting field visits, pitching our products/services, and closing deals to achieve monthly sales targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and generate prospective leads through active field visits, cold calling, and market networking.\nConduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce company solutions.\nBuild, maintain, and nurture long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients.\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize sales agreements.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.\nPrepare and submit regular field visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.\nAchieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nJob Requirements\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.\nExperience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales (B2B or B2C depending on company profile).\nTransportation: Own car is highly preferred (with a valid driving license).\nStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nTarget-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
