supplier consultations, and evaluate supplier proposals.\nNegotiate contracts, costs, lead times, and service levels with suppliers.\nEstablish and maintain supplier scorecards and performance metrics.\nSupplier & Contract Management:\nSource and pre-qualify suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.\nManage day-to-day supplier relationships and address performance issues.\nSupport contract negotiations with legal and contracts teams.\nEnsure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.\nAnalysis & Reporting:\nSupport to Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize procurement decisions.\nTrack procurement performance metrics, including cost savings, lead times, and payment terms.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and support to prepare Pipe line reports for management review.\nStakeholder Engagement:\nEngage with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of agreements.\nOther Duties:\nParticipate in industry events and supplier exhibitions to expand supplier networks.\nIdentify new supply sources and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to optimize costs.\nUndertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Procurement & Contracts.\nYour profile/ qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferred Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or IT\nProficiency in Arabic and English ((spoken, written, and technical communication).\n6-8 years of procurement experience in a multinational industrial or infrastructure environment.\nDemonstrated success in project/tender management, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization.\nExperience managing MEP maintenance, IT subcontracts and general service subcontracts.\nStrong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of customs clearance and import/export procedures.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under
