Commercial team through targeted lead generation and qualification activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing\nPlan and execute the company's marketing plan, campaigns, and calendar across digital and offline channels.\nManage social media, content marketing, email campaigns, website updates, and corporate communications.\nDevelop and coordinate marketing content including presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.\nPlan and execute exhibitions, webinars, seminars, conferences, and corporate events.\nDevelop product, industry, and solution-focused marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.\nMaintain and strengthen the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing activities and materials.\nWork closely with Sales, Technical, and Service teams to convert technical expertise, projects, and customer success stories into effective marketing content.\nConduct market and competitor research and identify relevant trends, customer needs, and marketing opportunities.\nCoordinate and manage external marketing consultants, agencies, designers, and suppliers.\nContinuously improve marketing processes, tools, channels, and campaign effectiveness.\nMarketing Performance & Reporting\nTrack and report marketing KPIs, campaign performance, digital engagement, content performance, event results, and marketing inquiries.\nweekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards for management.\nMonitor marketing activities and budgets against the approved marketing plan.\nAnalyse campaign and event results and recommend improvements based on performance and ROI.\nMaintain accurate marketing data, calendars, databases, and activity records.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\n3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, engineering, technology, or manufacturing companies.\nProven experience in digital marketing, content, social media, events, exhibitions, webinars, and email marketing.\nStrong project management, communication, organization, and analytical skills.\nGood knowledge of LinkedIn, digital marketing tools, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\nExperience with Canva or similar design toolsis an advantage.\n\nExcellent English communication skills.\nCreative, proactive, organized, and highly execution
