The Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, timely product availability, and excellent service to internal and external customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrder & Procurement Management\nCreate and manage purchase orders in ERP system.\nMonitor supplier confirmations, shipping documents, and delivery schedules.\nCoordinate with global and local suppliers to ensure timely inbound shipments.\nLogistics Coordination\nOrganize and follow up on imports, customs clearance, and domestic deliveries.\nLiaise with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and customs brokers to manage shipment flows.\nEnsure proper documentation: packing lists, invoices, CoA, BoL, etc.\nInventory Control\nTrack stock levels, support inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.\nMonitor slow-moving and aging stock and propose corrective actions.\nCollaborate with warehouse and QA teams to ensure proper storage and handling.\nSystem & Reporting Support\nMaintain up-to-date data in ERP system (item master, lead times, MOQ, etc.).\nGenerate operational reports (stock status, inbound schedules, delivery performance).\nAssist in monthly KPI reporting and S&OP preparation.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Customer Service, Sales, QA, and Finance to ensure supply continuity.\nSupport the team in resolving supply or logistics-related issues.\nActively contribute to process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.\nKey Competencies and Skills\nStrong organizational and coordination skills\nAttention to detail and problem-solving mindset\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred)\nGood understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms\nStrong Excel and data handling skills\nFluent in English and [local language]\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field\n2-4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in
