You’ll lead a varied portfolio of product and packaging projects from initial concept through to launch, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nFrom new product development and packaging redesigns to sustainability initiatives, regulatory changes, cost-saving programmes and manufacturing improvements, you’ll play an important role in shaping and delivering our innovation agenda.\nWhat you'll be doing?\nWorking with colleagues across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations and Logistics, you’ll provide the energy, structure and focus needed to keep projects moving forward.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nLeading product and packaging projects from concept through to launch\nCreating and maintaining clear project plans, timelines and key milestones\nManaging project scope, cost, timing, quality and risk\nBringing cross-functional teams together and driving ownership of actions\nLeading project meetings with clear decisions, minutes and next steps\nManaging governance requirements, stage-gate reviews, approvals and project documentation\nIdentifying potential issues early and escalating risks when required\nCoordinating external suppliers and partners to ensure agreed milestones are achieved\nKeeping stakeholders informed about progress, priorities, risks and decisions\nSupporting projects after launch by tracking success measures and leading robust reviews\nHelping to minimise the risk of packaging or ingredient write-offs\nEnsuring project information and data are accurate and completed on time\nWhat we're looking for?\nYou’ll be a confident and organised Project Manager who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and maintain momentum across several projects at once.\nIdeally, you’ll bring:\nA degree-level qualification or equivalent experience\nExperience of leading complex projects through cross-functional teams and delivering against critical deadlines\nProject management experience within an FMCG or manufacturing environment\nStrong planning, organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills\nExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and present at all levels\nA positive, motivational leadership style\nStrong commercial awareness and a proactive, ownership-focused mindset\nThe ability to evaluate risks, understand their wider implications and develop appropriate contingencies\nExcellent attention to detail and an appreciation of effective processes and governance\nConfidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nA recognised project management qualification, such as APM, PMP, Agile or PRINCE2, would be advantageous.
