As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience while providing valuable administrative support across the site.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:\nProviding a professional front-of-house service for employees, visitors and contractors\nAnswering, screening and directing telephone calls efficiently and confidentially\nGreeting visitors and ensuring all site sign-in procedures are followed correctly\nSupporting site administration activities including post management, record keeping and data entry\nCreating posters, notices and one-off documents to support site communications\nCoordinating the management of pool and hire vehicles, including arranging servicing, safety checks and valeting\nOrdering stationery and site supplies while managing stock levels and budgets\nSupporting the maintenance and servicing of shared office equipment such as photocopiers\nRaising purchase orders using SAP\nAssisting with the preparation and auditing of team brief documentation and site communications\nSupporting a positive health, safety and GMP culture across the site\nIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working\nProviding cover for reception colleagues during holidays and absences\nWhat We're Looking For\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nA professional, courteous and customer-focused approach\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment\nCompetent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to become an important part of our site team, working in a varied role where no two days are the same.
