This customer-facing role focuses on helping new clients successfully implement the software, understand its features, and achieve value during their first 90–100 days.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead customer onboarding, software implementation, and training sessions.\n\nGuide accounting and bookkeeping firms through their first 90–100 days as customers.\n\nConduct virtual onboarding calls, product demonstrations, and follow-up training.\n\nServe as the primary contact for customer questions during implementation.\n\nHelp customers configure workflows and adopt accounting software effectively.\n\nMonitor onboarding progress and support customer retention.\n\nDocument customer feedback and feature requests for internal product teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of full-time professional experience.\n\n2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.\n\nPractical understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple customer implementations independently.\n\nComfortable conducting virtual training and customer onboarding sessions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Client Onboarding.\n\nExperience working with bookkeeping or accounting firms.\n\nFamiliarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.\n\nExperience using CRM and customer communication platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, or Slack.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually.\n\nOn-target earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000.\n\nCompetitive equity package.\n\nWork Schedule and Location\nFully remote within the United States.\n\nMust be available to work Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time business hours.\n\nFull-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.\n\nWork AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored visa support.
