The role will manage the Premier League and FPL Companions, powered by Microsoft Copilot, and lead the development of our Adobe Express integration, giving fans new ways to create, personalise and share content.\nThe right candidate will be an experienced product professional who can combine fan needs, Premier League objectives and partner priorities in a clear product roadmap. They will be comfortable managing technical integrations and complex stakeholder relationships, using insight to identify new opportunities and taking experiences from discovery through to delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.\nWho we are\nThe Premier League is home to some of the most competitive and compelling football in the world. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.\nThe role\nOwn the product roadmap and backlog for the Premier League and FPL Companions, powered by Microsoft Copilot\nOwn and develop the Premier League's integration with Adobe Express, improving how FPL managers create and share content through relevant, accessible and engaging creative tools.\nWork closely with Microsoft and Adobe to identify and assess new opportunities that offer clear value to each partner and support the Premier League's objectives\nTurn product objectives, user research, analytics and partner capabilities into prioritised requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes\nManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through design, technical delivery, launch, measurement and optimisation.\nLead collaborative planning and discovery with Product, Content, Data, Delivery, Technology, Marketing, Commercial and Legal teams, aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, dependencies and trade-offs.\nProvide clear direction to designers, developers, analysts, QAs, agencies and technology partners, maintaining delivery momentum and a high standard of user experience across web and app.\nEnsure partner-powered experiences meet the Premier League's requirements for brand, accessibility, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, security and responsible use of AI.\nMonitor product adoption, engagement, user journeys and partner performance, using experimentation and analysis to improve discoverability and demonstrate the value delivered.\nTrack developments in generative AI, creative technology and consumer digital products, recommending credible opportunities for testing and future roadmap development.\nRequirements for the role\nDemonstrable experience in a Product Management role or equivalent, with responsibility for developing consumer-facing digital products.\n Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs and managing the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.\nExperience delivering digital products or experiences with external technology partners, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, agencies and suppliers to manage priorities, risks and delivery dependencies.\nExperience managing senior external partner relationships, combining product delivery with account management and aligning stakeholders on shared objectives, commitments and outcomes.\nExperience delivering AI-enabled products or experiences.\nAbility to use user research, product analytics and experimentation to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes against user needs, Premier League objectives and partner priorities, including adoption, engagement and onward traffic.\nSufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and technology partners, assess feasibility and communicate integration requirements, dependencies and platform constraints.\nExperience creating clear product documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps and briefs.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and facilitate effective meetings and workshops.\nAbility to identify and shape new product opportunities, balancing creative thinking with user needs, technical feasibility and commercial partner objectives.\nSound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering accessible, high-quality fan experiences, working with specialists to address privacy, data protection, intellectual property, security and responsible AI requirements.\nAn interest in football and an understanding of Fantasy Premier League.\nOur commitment to safeguarding includes implementing robust safer recruitment procedures to assess the suitability of individuals applying for roles that involve work with children and adults who are or may be at risk of harm.
