What we do is profoundly connected to saving and improving lives, and we recognize our team members are the most valuable asset in delivering success.\nWe are here to help you grow, to give you the skills and opportunities to excel at work with the flexibility and balance your life requires.\n\nYour ideas influence the way we work, and your voice matters here.\n\nAs an essential part of our team, you help us deliver the medical innovation that patients are desperate for.\n\nJoin us and build your future here.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nEnsures successful management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including but not limited to Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery \nEnsures adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability \nEnsures all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard Premier Research processes, policies and procedures \nActs as the primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer for all assigned projects and chairs project team meetings and teleconferences \nAssists in Business Development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership \nDevelops strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future \nWhat We Are Searching For:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in a clinical, biological- or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry\nBudget/finance/costing experience on a project level \nExperience in managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle \nGlobal study management experience required\nIn depth, multiple therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Psychedelics and Mood Disorders prioritized.\nPremier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $122,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
