budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost controlling activities.\nMonitor project costs, revenues, margins, and cash flow against approved budgets.\nPrepare monthly financial reports and management presentations.\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities.\nAnalyze financial variances and investigate discrepancies between actual results and forecasts.\nSupport purchase order tracking, invoice verification, accruals, and provisions.\nMaintain accurate financial records and ensure data consistency across financial systems.\nAssist in preparing project financial forecasts and periodic updates.\nCoordinate with project managers and other departments to collect and validate financial information.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial controls.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nApproximately 1-3 years of experience in financial controlling, project controlling, accounting, or financial analysis.\nFresh graduates with relevant internships and strong analytical skills may also be considered.\nExperience in a multinational company or project-based environment is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nGood knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nKnowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and financial
