Join us and experience what it means to live a culture of C.A.R.E!\nJOB SCOPE:\nPremier is looking for a reliable and detail oriented professional to help accurately maintain accounts payable information.This analyst position will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus.\nJOB FUNCTIONS:\nNational Account Vendor Maintenance:\n\nReceive and review invoices for distribution to the correct branch.\n\nFollow up with vendors on any disputes identified by RoadCARE and branches.\n\nReconcile vendor account using weekly statements and partner with the corresponding branch for timely entry of invoices into the ERP.\n\nPartner with RoadCARE and branches for timely payment of all non-disputed invoices.\n\nMaintain accounting accuracy by verifying and posting invoiced transactions.\n\nMaintain historical records by verifying and attaching required documentation when necessary.\n\nCredit Card Accounts:\n\nManage corporate credit card accounts.\n\nReview employee expenditures and maintain records for required documentation.\n\nPost expenses into ERP and reconcile accounts at month end.\n\nG&A expenses:\n\nAssist in the review incoming email and pull invoices from websites.\n\nForward invoices to the AP software platform.\n\nManager approval process through the AP software platform.\n\nTrailer Maintenance expenses: Assist in the review of batched invoices and post into ERP.\n\nCredit Memos: Review, code and post credit memos and reconcile to vendor statements.\n\nVendor Setup and Maintenance:\n\nReview new vendor tickets for accuracy and completeness.\n\nSet up new vendor in ERP system with accurate details and payment terms.\n\nAdd vendors to the appropriate payment platforms online as needed.\n\nMonth End/Year End Reporting for Accounts Payable and Finance:\n\nAssist with AP closing reports.\n\nComplete the occupancy review for all branches and book necessary journal entries.\n\nComplete IT Review and book necessary journal entries.\n\nReview and enter monthly Standard Journal entries and maintain schedules for Corporate Insurance, Trade Name, Customer List and Unamortirized Fees.\n\nAssist general ledger and month-end/year-end close processes.\n\nAssist in the preparation of audit schedules and inquiries.\n\nAssist with vendor and branch payment inquiries via email and phone.\n\nAssist with the reconciliation of the outstanding check register.\n\nAssist in updating and posting transactions on the ACH log to reconcile with the operating account.\n\nAssist with weekly cash requirement reports for the weekly credit card, check and ACH payment runs.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\nWorking knowledge of accounts payable and accounting with a strong customer focus and ability to manage vendor expectations.\n\nMust be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth culture a must.\n\nMicrosoft GP experience a preferred.\n\nVendor/Employee management preferred.\n\nEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus.\n\n4 - 6 years working as an Accounts Payable Analyst or above.\n\nTECHNOLOGY SKILLS: \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
