Hydronic / Boiler Service Technician

Premier Systems is building a serious hydronics division - and we’re looking for skilled technicians who care deeply about quality workmanship and take pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Work On

High-efficiency boilers

Radiant in-floor heat systems

Snow melt systems

Mechanical rooms & controls

Gas piping

High-end custom homes

Service, troubleshooting, repair & installs

Bonus points if you also have HVAC service experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hydronics, boiler, HVAC, or mechanical experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Pride in clean, organized workmanship
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Experience with boilers, pumps, controls, radiant systems, and gas piping preferred
• HVAC knowledge is a huge plus
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• ServiceTitan experience is a bonus

Requirements

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of hydronics, boiler, HVAC, or mechanical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Pride in clean, organized workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely in the field

Preferred Experience

• Experience with boilers, pumps, controls, radiant systems, and gas piping
• HVAC service knowledge
• EPA Certification
• ServiceTitan experience
• OSHA certifications or additional technical training
• Journeyman plumbing license or mechanical certifications
