Premium Waters has a generous paid time off program, 401k program with Company match, education reimbursement, a very robust wellness program and opportunities for volunteerism.\nThe maintenance coordinator performs activities for the operations of the facility including but not limited to consolidating payables, production entry, store room clerk, ordering parts and inventory management for the maintenance department. Successful candidate will work on the production floor next to the maintenance part area majority of the time and will be exposed to various temperatures inside the facility.\nWork schedule will be Monday through Friday day shift (please note that work hours have not been determined) this will be discussed during the interview\nPay range is $25 per hour -$30 per hour depending on experience\nThis is a “hands-on and physical” position and it is not limited to working the production lines, PMs, changeovers, etc. when necessary\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n2 years previous experience (JDE and FIIX experience perferred)\nAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed\nDemonstrated interpersonal skills are required\nBasic reading, writing, and math skills\nFunctional Knowledge Excel, Word, Power Point\nGMP & PPE Required\nWhile on the production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standard operating procedures including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.\nEssential Job Duties:\nCreates requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts utilizing Cogz software, scheduling, and reports and maintains parts room.\nMaintains Cogz work order and PM database.\nInitiates and completes purchase orders for machine repairs, MRO, glue, inks, and lubes.\nSchedules facility maintenance in plant and spring site locations.\nAnalyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work issues.\nMust be able and willing to support production demands whenever called upon\nNon-Essential Job Duties:\nPerforms related work as assigned Technical Manager.\nIn the absence of this employee, responsibilities will be covered by the direct manager or appointee.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
