We will deliver excellent value to all of our stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nProduction Operator runs the individual machine centers on each production line. They are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of their machinery and the production of quality product at an acceptable rate.\nOperates production machinery, in accordance with attached specifications. \nEnsures through constant observation and routine inspections that high quality product is being produced.\nMonitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, james, or glue that isn’t sticking properly.\nParticipate in preventative maintenance of equipment.\nPerforms basic cleaning of machinery and of the plant.\nUse the BOM to obtain needed raw materials and is responsible for keeping assigned machine filled with these materials.\nInspect and remove defective products and packaging material.\nCount and record finished and rejected packaged items, machine downtime, quantity of materials used, ect\nWhy work with us?\nWe strive to foster an environment that celebrates differences in our teams at all PWI locations.
