Do\nAs the Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will:\nLead, coach, motivate, and develop Night Shift production employees.\nCreate a positive, accountable, and results-focused work environment.\nSet clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for meeting established standards.\nEnsure production schedules are followed and customer commitments are achieved.\nDetermine staffing and production-resource requirements for the shift.\nUtilize production resources in the most efficient manner possible.\nMonitor production performance and respond quickly to equipment, staffing, quality, or operational issues.\nTrain and develop operators on equipment operational procedures.\nEnsure employees are properly trained before independently operating production equipment.\nIdentify production challenges and coordinate solutions with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Management.\nMaintain effective communication with other Production Supervisors and departments regarding production issues, changes, and concerns.\nPromote teamwork and positive employee relations.\nProvide coaching and corrective feedback when performance or conduct does not meet expectations.\nSupport employee development and succession planning.\nVerify employee time records and time sheets for accuracy.\nComplete all required documentation accurately and on time.\nAttend required leadership, safety, quality, and operational meetings.\nConduct regular safety meetings with employees.\nMaintain the organization and cleanliness of production areas.\nEnsure production machinery, forklifts, tools, racks, conveyors, and other equipment are properly maintained and cared for.\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, employee engagement, and plant performance.\nContribute as a member of the Premium Waters management team to improve overall organizational performance.\nSafety Leadership\nSafety is a critical responsibility of this position.\nThe Production Supervisor will:\nEstablish and enforce safety expectations.\nProvide required safety training to employees.\nAddress unsafe conditions and behaviors promptly.\nEnsure employees properly use required personal protective equipment.\nLead by example regarding safe work practices.\nParticipate in safety meetings, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement activities.\nQuality & Food-Safety Responsibilities\nThe Production Supervisor is expected to understand, follow, and enforce applicable:\nGood Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)\nSanitation standards\nFDA requirements\nHACCP requirements\nSQF requirements\nStandard Operating Procedures\nQuality checks\nFood-safety requirements\nPlant sanitation procedures\nEmployees and visitors entering production areas must comply with applicable GMP and PPE requirements, which may include:\nHairnets\nBeard nets, when applicable\nHearing protection\nSafety glasses\nOther required personal protective equipment\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for reinforcing these standards throughout the shift.\nEquipment Knowledge\nCandidates should have experience with or knowledge of manufacturing equipment such as:\nFillers\nConveyors\nLabelers\nPalletizers\nTray packaging systems\nDebagging equipment\nMaterial-handling equipment\nForklifts\nRelated automated production-line machinery\nKnowledge of equipment troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nPrevious supervisory, team-lead, or people-management experience.\nStrong understanding of production operations and manufacturing processes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead employees in a require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in beverage, food, bottling, liquid consumer products, or similar manufacturing.\nExperience working with GMPs, sanitation standards, FDA requirements, HACCP, and SQF.\nManufacturing engineering or technical production experience.\nKnowledge of multiple types of
